Join our team as an Administrative Office Coordinator, where you'll manage office procedures and budget planning. This role focuses on prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
As an Administrative Office Coordinator, your main duties will include evaluating administrative procedures and implementing improvements. You will also assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls while preparing necessary reports and correspondence. Coordinating administrative tasks is key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and establish new administrative procedures
• Ensure work priorities and deadlines are adhered to
• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
• Assist with operating budget preparation
