Reporting directly to the HR Team Lead, and dotted line into the HR Manager, the Human Resources Administrator will provide administration and coordination support to the Urban Transportation Solutions Human Resources and Operations teams. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing professional, client‑centered support within a fast‑paced operational environment.

What You’ll Do Here

• Responsible for ensuring all employee lifecycle transactions are submitted accurately and in alignment with payroll deadlines (e.g., new hires, terminations, benefits, compensation changes, taxable benefits, vacation reconciliation, work permits, and tax documentation)
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee data within HR systems (SAP/SuccessFactors), including processing changes and generating ad‑hoc reports to support data integrity and decision‑making
