Adult Day Program Clinical Lead

The Adult Day Program Clinical Lead (ADP Clinical Lead) will provide guidance and clinical expertise in direct client care and provide input to support the supervisor in program planning and implementation as required. The Program Nursing Lead is accountable for assisting in the coordination of flow of work on site including mentoring and on-the-job training for staff and volunteers consistent with ONE CARE policies and procedures for the Adult Day Program, Life After Stroke and Overnight Respite programs. Engages with clients /caregivers, providing assessment of clients and oversight of client care needs as well as care giver needs in order to provide high quality client-centered care. This role requires travels to different Adult Day Program Sites, throughout Huron County.

• RN, RPN, in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
