Confia, a subsidiary of the Desjardins Group, is seeking a Real Estate Advisor to prospect for, solicit and build lasting business relationships with members and clients. The advisor will help sell products and services and provide services that meet clients’ needs in accordance with current strategies and practices, including the sale and purchase of residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise, guide and motivate members and clients with regard to specialized programs, tools and solutions, handling requests, analyzing issues, researching solutions and making recommendations on all aspects of buying and selling properties.
