Affiliate Manager – Latin America

As part of a growing international project within the iGaming industry, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to help expand and strengthen affiliate partnerships across Latin America. Affiliate partnerships play a key role in driving growth across digital products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling affiliate relationships across LATAM, working closely with internal teams to ensure performance, quality traffic, and sustainable long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
