BYD Mexico is seeking an Aftersales Process Audit Analyst to ensure the effective implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of aftersales processes across our dealer network.

This role will be responsible for auditing service operations, identifying process gaps, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, and driving operational excellence . The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction, service quality, and dealer performance.

• Conduct regular audits of aftersales operations across dealerships and authorized service centers.
• Evaluate compliance with BYD aftersales policies, procedures, and service standards .
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in service processes and documentation.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
