Job Description
Take charge of market entry as an Agricultural Equipment Sales Specialist. Combine technical knowledge with hands-on demonstrations to captivate seeder OEMs and progressive farmers across Canada.
In this pivotal role, you will have 3-8+ years in ag sales or precision technology fields, directly influencing market growth and product application. You will handle opportunity qualification, coordinate equipment installations, and convey structured feedback that informs R&D. Being a founding hire means your contributions will define business success from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Identify and qualify sales opportunities across AB, SK, MB
β’ Conduct on-farm trials and technical demonstrations
β’ Ensure disciplined CRM follow-up and planning
β’ Assist with installations and on-site training
β’ Spearhead trade show engagement and follow-up
