Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary technical expert for Yara's premium portfolio, providing technical support to Sales, Marketing, distributors, agents, and farmers. 

  • Deliver technical training, presentations, field days, and educational programs for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain technical resources, including product recommendations, application guidelines, technical literature, FAQs, and training materials.

  • Provide agronomic recommendations on soil science, crop nutrition, and crop physiology to optimize crop performance and customer outcomes.

  • Develop and execute market development initiatives through demonstration trials, field evaluations, customer visits, and knowledge-sharing activities.

  • Support the development of product value propositions, crop-specific positioning, application protocols, and demand generation strategies.
