At Monks, we are looking for AI Artists to accelerate master asset production and provide high‑quality, production‑ready visual masters for templating, agentic pipelines, and downstream adaptation teams. The AI Artists will partner closely with Art Directors, Creative Technologists, AI Leads and Production teams to originate high‑impact master assets—creating the foundational creative content that enables scale and raises overall creative quality for static and video assets.

About the Role

As the AI Artist focused on master asset production, you will be the specialist who creates the high‑quality visual masters that power large‑scale creative programs.
