We're looking for an AI Engineer who wants to live on the cutting edge of AI. You'll be the person who picks up preview-stage technologies - new LLM approaches, memory systems, agentic deployment frameworks, guardrails, Model Context Protocol (MCP) tooling - runs rapid proofs-of-concept and turns the successful ones into production-ready capabilities that the rest of Marsh can adopt. This is an individual contributor role, but you'll become the recognised subject-matter expert in one or more AI technology areas.
