Responsibilities

• Carry out the onboarding of new accounts received by the team
• Follow up with productive clients to explore new use cases, communicate new functionalities, and assist them with the growth of their business through our tool
• Provide technical support to clients on the AI built

• Proven experience in Customer Experience roles or technical support
• Ability to analyze data and use it in making customer-oriented decisions
