What You'll Be Doing

CIBC’s Enterprise AI Platforms & Solutions team is hiring for an AI Solutions Analyst Co‑op. In this role you will support key strategic programs that enhance employee and client experiences and optimize current processes. The job requires collaboration with business partners, stakeholders, and peers, and a design‑thinking mindset. You will assist in defining team priorities, developing strategies, and supporting the creation of roadmaps that position the bank for future success with clients at the center, while considering external factors that will influence our Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Work arrangement: You will have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid arrangement; 1‑3 days per week on‑site, the rest remote.
