Enhance the support experience at A.K.A. New Media as a Client Support Manager. This role involves nurturing our commitment to the not-for-profit sector through our raisin® system.

In the Manager of Client Support role, you will lead efforts to improve our technical support function. Your focus will be on recruiting and training staff, establishing team policies, and fostering partnerships with teams across the company.
