Join Almag as a Design and Purchasing Administrator, where you’ll excel in a fast-paced role focused on purchasing and document management. Leverage your attention to detail to drive efficiency.
In this position, you'll report to the Design & Estimating Manager and handle essential administrative functions including creating purchase orders, managing WIP orders, and updating engineering drawings. Your role ensures that all records in EPICS are accurate and up-to-date and that purchasing activities align with project needs, making your organizational skills paramount for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compile and create purchase orders with precision
