  • Werken in een multidisciplinair FACT-team waar jouw expertise als ambulant hulpverlener inzet in een uniek samenwerkingsverband van jeugdzorginstellingen;
  • De uitdaging aangaan met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en LVB-jongeren in Friesland;
  • Outreachend werken: jij zoekt de jongeren op in hun eigen omgeving, waar dat ook is;
  • Snelle actie afwisselen met langdurige begeleiding om stabiliteit te creëren.
    • Dit krijg je van ons
  • Een salaris conform cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 45 of 50: tot wel € 4.613,- bruto);
  • Een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33%) en andere leuke extra's;
  • Werken via Daan: een vast contactpersoon, die flitsende elektrische Daan-fiets of een leaseauto voor al je ritten door heel Friesland;
