Job Summary

Reporting to Manager, Training and Systems Support, this position supports the Technical Operations Aircraft maintenance management system (AMOS) with process improvements relating to Financial Management. Including process flows, system workflows, scheduler tasks, technical assistance and organizational configurations and settings. Duties & Responsibilities Support Technical Operations by providing process improvements and technical support to users relating to financial management Document Financial Management related processes and support training development for end users User acceptance testing and validation of AMOS processes Implement financial configurations and settings upon request from departments to improve the organisational use of AMOS Provide complex report requirements to ACC teams for development Act as a liaison between Finance Department, IT Support, AMOS Support and other AMOS business users Responsible for ensuring the financial sta...
