We are building cutting-edge high-density silicon architectures and are seeking an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Engineer to help take designs from concept through successful tapeout. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and systems thinking. You will serve as Avalon’s analog subject-matter expert, working closely with external design partners while translating complex risks, trade-offs, and opportunities into clear guidance for internal teams. This role is critical to protecting design integrity, reducing tapeout risk, and ensuring system performance.
