Overview

The Specialist role is a regional account management role for the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) division. As a Specialist within the Fintech, Digital Partnerships and Commerce team, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, with a focus on retaining, expanding, and growing existing business by identifying opportunities to sell additional Mastercard products and services.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to your accounts, working closely with customers to understand their business priorities and help digitize and optimize payment flows using Mastercard's solutions (cards, VCN, disbursements, cross-border payments, data, and value-added services).
