Job Description
**This position can be based in PALMAS or SÃO PAULO.**
**Summary**
This position will be based in our Palmas or Sao Paulo office (on a hybrid basis).
**Responsibilities**
- Manage an ongoing queue of requests for counterparty master data ensuring that all requests are valid, accurate and completed within service level agreements supporting our SoAM and other regions and systems
- Evaluate process needs and collaborate with data team members, businesses, and IT to identify efficiencies in achieving automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement
- Manage and lead projects to improve processes and data quality, identifying issues, root causes and gaps
- Lead and guide team members to implement enterprise best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
