Job Description
As an Analyst on the Electronic Trading Algorithmic Development team within Financial Markets at National Bank Financial, you will help build and evolve our electronic trading capabilities. We are seeking motivated professionals who enjoy working in small teams and are passionate about building and dealing with complex engineering problems.
You will work closely with traders and quantitative colleagues to deliver production-ready solutions across the full lifecycle, from strategy design and implementation to testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The scope includes platform and analytics development, including trading analytics tooling, as well as machine learning capabilities for data modelling, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and measurable trading outcomes.
