Description:
The Global HRIS Analyst position is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of our global HRIS system and for providing reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and strategic insight for all HR functions. This position will work closely with members of our team across multiple global HR functions (compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, learning and performance management), as well as with payroll, accounting, and IT, in support of key business initiatives and processes.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between business and HR technology solutions. This includes reporting and analysis, regulatory compliance, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, talent management, benefits, learning, and other department projects.
Maintain support and troubleshoot issues within our Global HRIS system (Oracle Cloud HCM).
