Lead the endtoend servicing, administration, and operational governance of a complex syndicated loan portfolio (Agented or participant portfolio). As the daytoday Administrative/Facility Agent /Portfolio participant, you'll ensure precise & timely transaction processing (interest/principal/fees), covenant and compliance tracking, lender communications, amendments/consents, and accurate booking in loan servicing platforms ( Loan IQ).
