Provide business application analysis and support for TD's incentive and commission plans within the HR Delivery Technology Group. Responsible for executing payroll‑critical incentive and commission plan activities, supporting incident management, and ensuring stable operational delivery during peak demand periods. Requires a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach, with strong attention to detail and ability to contribute effectively within an Agile environment. Also responsible for requirements gathering throughout the application lifecycle, plan analysis, testing, and supporting business process documentation and end‑user needs.
