Android Developer - OTT Team (French Services) (Telework/Hybrid)

Overview

Join CBC/Radio-Canada’s Over‑the‑Top (OTT) platform team as an Android Developer. In this role you will build and maintain mobile applications for CBC Gem and ICI Tou.TV, collaborating closely with product owners, architects and technical managers to deliver high‑quality features aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and modify reusable components such as audio/video players for digital platforms.
• Ensure compliance with standards and control product quality throughout project execution.
• Stay informed about emerging digital development trends and proactively propose solutions.
• Participate in Agile Scrum activities, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and deployments.
• Develop user stories, estimate effort and contribute to backlog grooming.
