The Cardiac Anesthesia Division is actively recruiting a locum physician with a specific focus on supporting care within the Cardiac Surgery Intensive Care Unit (CSICU). This opportunity may be well‑suited to an intensivist with interest in cardiac critical care, or to a cardiac anesthesiologist.

The CSICU is a 6‑bed unit (with capacity to expand to 8 beds) dedicated to the management of post‑cardiac surgery patients. Our program currently performs approximately 600 cardiac surgeries per year, with plans for significant growth to meet rapidly increasing patient demand. The unit manages the full range of adult cardiac surgical patients, including those requiring short‑term mechanical support such as V‑A ECMO, V‑V ECMO, and VAD.
