Job Description
The main responsibilities are to:
- Lead the design and implementation of the AP area.
- Develop and execute the business case, transition roadmap, and timeline for AP migration.
- Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process standardization.
- Oversee end-to-end AP processes:
- Invoice booking
- Invoice exception handling
- Vendor payments
- Full P2P cycle within an SSC environment
- Manage a hybrid environment with multiple ERP systems (SAP + other platforms).
- Build and scale the AP team.
- Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders (strong English communication required).
- Act as a key liaison across Finance, Operations, and Global teams.
- Travel (primarily to the U.S.) as needed during transition phases.
