About You and the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day accounts payable function in a high‑growth environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable processing, proper expense coding and recording in accordance with company policies and US GAAP, and compliance with corporate card policies and controls.

The Accounts Payable Manager will support monthly close activities related to AP, oversee invoice approval and audit processes, manage vendor credits and cost reporting, and help maintain accurate data flow across systems used for invoice processing and expense management.

This individual will also supervise AP team members, partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues, and help improve workflows and reporting across the accounts payable function.
