The **ServiceNow Developer – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)** is a technical role responsible for the design, development, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the ServiceNow Now Platform®, with primary focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules, including Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Management, and related workspaces and dashboards.

The role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-ready solutions by following ServiceNow best practices, emphasizing out-of-the-box capabilities, configuration over customization, and custom development only when necessary.
