Job Description
Become a critical asset to CPKC as an Application Support Specialist. This role emphasizes technical project management and the development of effective software solutions for business processes.
You will be responsible for leading technical IS projects, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring all software solutions meet stringent requirements. Your extensive experience in diagnosing and debugging software issues will help maintain application efficiency across CPKC's operations. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, emphasizing a commitment to high-level application support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business needs and create design artifacts
• Execute technical projects as the main contact point
• Develop software solutions adhering to guidelines
• Perform all levels of application testing and support
• Monitor and document system technical performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
