Overview

Babcock is an international defence company that provides support and product solutions to enhance customers' defence capabilities. This role is a permanent Apprenticeship Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) based in Kamloops.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently alone and as part of a team to conduct scheduled maintenance tasks under the guidance of a licensed AME.
• Maintain, adjust, modify, test, diagnose, and repair AW169 aircraft mechanical systems under the guidance of a licensed AME.
• Monitor and complete task cards and work cards in CAMP.
• Work with specialized aviation and power tools, computers, and diagnostic equipment.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment for tasks/jobs.
• Maintain a clean and productive work area.
