Foster a high-performance culture by promoting APS principles, building Lean capabilities across all levels, delivering training and certifications, and driving continuous improvement with measurable results.
Optimize structural costs by improving layout and line balance, reducing variability, enabling automation with strong ROI, and driving gains in cost per unit, OEE, inventory, and working capital.
What Is Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
