Academic Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and/or Electronics.
• Advanced conversational English, communication with technical vocabulary.

Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in new product launches (NPI/NPD). Management and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP) implementing the tools and generating added value to the new product development process.
• Proven experience in 8D analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Green Belt certification is desirable, with proven experience in statistical analysis focused on quality.
• Proactive, change agent, self-directed, and with effective communication. Ability to lead a work team.
