Job Description

This role focuses on culinary excellence and team development within a remote lodge environment. As a Chef, you’ll oversee kitchen operations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. A valid Red Seal and experience in a similar role are essential. The job offers a two-week on-site rotation, complemented by a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and present meals according to specifications
• Supervise culinary staff and ensure effective training
• Manage orders, inventory, and cleaning schedules
• Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and safety meetings
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and FIFO guidelines
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in culinary roles
• Must possess a Red Seal certification
• Culinary degree is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills required
