Job Description
Shape your accounting career as an AR/AP Coordinator in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you'll manage cash application, invoicing, and AR collections while supporting AP tasks.
You'll perform vital tasks related to Accounts Receivable, including managing reminders and collections, alongside daily cash applications. Your duties will also involve handling credit card transaction coding and posting bank journal entries. Covering for staff during vacations will add to your valuable experience in AR/AP functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cash applications and AR collections
• Conduct invoicing and employee reimbursement reviews
• Accurately code credit card transactions daily
• Post basic entries for bank transactions
• Assist with vendor and customer reconciliations
