Overview

AWS Global Sales drives the adoption of the AWS cloud worldwide, helping customers of all sizes innovate and grow. This role is focused on building machine learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for Canadian public‑sector customers, leveraging AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, and Amazon AgentCore.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately understand the customer’s business challenges and needs, structure problems, and formalize them as business requirements.
• Extract IT requirements to realize those business needs and select the most relevant AI/ML services and algorithms.
• Collaborate with specialist roles in related technical fields to design, build, and verify ML/GenAI solutions, and develop an architecture integrating the necessary AWS services.
