Area Human Resources Business Partner - Ontario Position Overview

As an Area HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Ontario, you will support store managers and sales floor teams, ensuring workforce engagement and alignment with UNIQLO’s mission. Key Responsibilities

Act as the main HR advisor for store managers, assistant store managers, and area managers in your assigned region. Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, from coaching to conflict resolution. Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with employment law. Enforce progressive discipline, lead disciplinary meetings, and manage termination processes with professionalism.
