The Area Manager will coordinate all area activities through the Branch Managers, reporting to the VP of Sales with additional input from Corporate Operational Leadership. The Area Manager is responsible for the sales and operational performance of the locations within their defined geography and will carry out the policies and operate within the guidelines set by Corporate Management. This position primarily leads and coaches Branch Managers, who own the P&L for their individual branches, and ensures they are effectively managing Inside and Outside Sales, warehouse, production, and administrative teams.
