Digital Minds, an award-winning social media agency and the #1 influencer agency in Greece, is looking for an Art Director to lead our creative direction, guide a talented design team, and ensure our visual communication is both innovative and effective across all media channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital platforms (websites, e-shops, social media, YouTube, digital ads, event installations).

  • Oversee and mentor designers, animators, and creative freelancers, ensuring consistency and excellence in visual output.

  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and content teams to develop engaging brand experiences.

  • Define and maintain creative guidelines, ensuring all designs are on-brand and strategically aligned.
