MWD Creative Agency is seeking an Art Director to shape the visual worlds behind our immersive brand experiences, pop-ups, creative mailers, and content-driven moments.

This role leads the creative vision across physical environments, digital extensions, and campaign assets, ensuring every experience is not only visually striking but also culturally relevant and emotionally resonant.

We are particularly drawn to creatives with a refined, elevated aesthetic, with work that reflects strong taste across luxury, beauty, fashion, or premium consumer brands.

You are a highly visual thinker with a strong design foundation and an exceptional eye for detail. You notice the things others don’t: the texture of a surface, the tone of a colour under lighting, the styling of a shelf, the type choice on a small sign.
