Articling Student (2027 - 2028) Fixed Term - 11 Months

We work to build, finance, and enhance the value of Ontario’s public assets. This role is within Infrastructure Ontario’s Legal Services Department, where Articling Students provide critical support to all IO business lines, safeguard the organisation’s interests, and ensure legal compliance. The role involves rotations through two of three primary legal teams: the Project Legal team, Real Estate Management & Litigation team, and Corporate Legal team. Students will gain experience across construction, real estate, leasing, corporate/commercial, technology, privacy, and related legal areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft opinions on real property, leasing, corporate/commercial, land development, secured transactions, municipal lending, construction, contracts, torts, administrative, corporate governance, freedom of information, and privacy law.
