Artifact Registry Performance E2E Testing

Vendor will develop and automate a comprehensive suite of End-to-End (E2E) latency tests for the Artifact Registry (AR) to cover high-impact facades, including Python, Npm, and Docker. The primary goal is to ensure latency and throughput measurements can be made regularly. The tests should have fidelity to the GCP customer experience. The tests should have enough stability to detect regressions and improvements.

Deliverables:

• E2E Test Suite:

o Automated E2E tests simulating real-world client operations.

o Automation provisioning Google Cloud resources (VMs, Service Accounts) within the Overground project and managing the full repository lifecycle (programmatic creation and deletion).
