We are seeking an experienced and dependable Asphalt Roller Operative to join our road construction and maintenance team based in Navan, Co. Meath. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating roller machinery to achieve the required compaction and finish on asphalt surfacing projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt rollers safely and efficiently during road surfacing and resurfacing works.
• Achieve specified levels of compaction in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Carry out daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of roller equipment.
