Ass Manager - US/UK/Middle East Payroll
Must-Have**
β’ Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 10 to 14 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll
processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,
Workday, or similar preferred)
β’ Experience with ADP Global View and Celegro is a must
β’ US / UK / Middle East payroll processing exposure
β’ Global Payroll exp (UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM,
Europe, UK, APAC & ASEAN Regions)
β’ Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to
completion.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; delivers
engaging, informative, well thought out presentations
β’ Analytical abilities, strong judgement and management skills,
ability to work effectively with Business, HR and IT Leaders.
β’ Strong critical thinking skills
