**Job Description**
This role involves assembling large custom industrial crates and corrugated packaging components in a bright, clean manufacturing shop. You will work from shop drawings and saw cards to build bases, lids, ends, shelves, and complete crate structures using hand and power tools. The position requires consistent attention to detail, safe use of equipment, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a collaborative production team.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assemble large industrial crates, typically 10 feet long and 4 feet wide and deep, for custom packaging projects.
+ Build crate components such as bases, lids, ends, and shelves using nail guns, impact drivers, screws, and other hand and power tools.
+ Install hinges and other hardware accurately to ensure crates function and close properly.
