Asset-Backed Securitization & Financing (ABS&F) structures and executes Asset-Backed Securitizations (ABS) and lending facilities across a wide range of consumer and commercial asset classes. This role would be focused on industrial transportation assets (aviation, rail, shipping, and containers), digital infrastructure and other esoteric asset classes.

ABS&F offers our clients the ability to monetize stable, recurring asset cash flows through bankruptcy-remote vehicles. Transactions are executed both in the capital markets (where Citi places the financings with institutional investors) and lending facilities funded through Citi's commercial paper conduits and balance sheet.
