We are currently looking for a full-time Assistant Food Manager to help oversee daily operations, support our team and ensure a safe, positive experience for customers.
Position: Assistant Food Manager
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve budgeted goals as related to sales, margins, expenses, inventory and SPEH
Prepare budget in conjunction with the Food Manager
Ensure that all records related to markdowns, transfers, receiving, claims, invoicing, and retail price files are maintained
Follow proper recruitment, orientation and training practices
Ensure proper appearance of all facilities equipment, and image checklist
