Salary: $44,000 – $48,000/annually (plus benefit and RSP contribution)

Reporting to the Shaw Festival’s Sr. Development Officer of Individual Giving and the Membership Manager, the Assistant Manager is a strategic operations leader responsible for the technical and administrative infrastructure that drives Membership revenue. By supporting the data lifecycle, optimizing system workflows, and managing a dedicated donor portfolio, the Assistant Manager ensures the Membership Services team operates with maximum efficiency. They bridge the gap between complex analytics and front-line engagement.
