Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Managers and General Manager in the planning and forecasting of goals and objectives for the department.
• Assist with conducting monthly meetings with department employees to discuss activities and problems of mutual interest.
• Reach sales goals on strict timeline requirements.
• Assist with training and support sales staff to reach target sales goals.
• Grow revenue and profitability in sales territory.
• Represent the employer in a favorable light to all accounts, press and industry representatives at all times.
• Monitor the performance of all Sales Department staff.
• Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide periodic feedback alongside the Sales Managers and General Manager.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
