Responsibilities

• Lead a team in alignment with ARC’TERYX Vision, Purpose and Values.
• Oversee daily floor operations, covering the five pillars of experience, product, community, operations and people.
• Train and coach a high‑performing team through ARC’TERYX Guest Journey principles.
• Lead by example, coach in the moment and empower team members through self‑leadership development plans.
• Identify and develop a leadership talent pipeline in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Oversee the full employee experience from onboarding through off‑boarding, including hiring, training, performance management and, when necessary, termination.
• Commit to, and deliver on, bold objectives both in‑store and in the community.
