Rathsallagh House, a prestigious country house venue in Co. Wicklow, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant to our Head Bar Person to join our friendly and vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who may currently live near Dublin but is looking to escape the daily commute and enjoy working in a beautiful countryside setting.
